If you are a preferred partner or applying for financial assistance, you will need to upload basic demographic information to recieve access to the curriculum.
We have provided two options for completing this step, depending on your preferred tool: Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. If you are having trouble completing this step, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Google Sheets
- Go to the Uploading Demographics page

Click on the Copy Google Sheets Template button
Do not try to edit the spreadsheet yet. You will not be able to until you complete the following steps.

In Google Sheets, click on File, then Make A Copy
- You can now edit your copy of the spreadsheet. You should only edit information in cells that are white.
- First, in Row 3, type in your District or School's name
- Then, in Row 3, enter the percentage of students with free and reduced lunch
- In Rows 5-14, only fill out the following for the grades you are implementing:
- In Column B, enter the number of students enrolled in each grade
- In Columns C-J, enter the percentage of students that fall under each category
- In each row you are filling out, ensure Column K turns green, indicating you have reached 100%
- Once you have finished filling out the spreadsheet, click on File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
- On the Demographics Entry page, fill out the form:
- Enrollment ID: This can be found in the email you received after filling out the onboarding form. If you are having trouble finding, please don't hesitate to contact us.
- School/District Name
- File: Please upload the Microsoft Excel file you downloaded in Step 8.
Microsoft Excel
- Go to the Uploading Demographics page
- Click on the Download Microsoft Excel Template button
- Open the file you downloaded. You should only edit information in cells that are white.
- First, in Row 3, type in your District or School's name
- Then, in Row 3, enter the percentage of students with free and reduced lunch
- In Rows 5-14, only fill out the following for the grades you are implementing:
- In Column B, enter the number of students enrolled in each grade
- In Columns C-J, enter the percentage of students that fall under each category
- In each row you are filling out, ensure Column K turns green, indicating you have reached 100%
- Once you have finished filling out the spreadsheet, click on Save
