To access lesson plans, videos, worksheets and more, you need to access the Teacher Hub. All educators, including the district's primary contact if they are also teaching the curriculum, need to be invited to the Teacher Hub. This article explains how to do that.
If you have not yet completed the Get Started form and onboarding process for this school year, please refer to this Getting Started article.
If you have completed the following steps but have not yet received access, please visit this troubleshooting article.
- To access lessons, you will need to enroll each educator in the Teacher Hub using this form. If the primary contact is also teaching the curriculum, you will need to submit your email address to this form as well.
- On the form, enter the following:
-
Your Enrollment ID: This can be found in your email after completing the Getting Started or Preferred Partner Re-Enrollment form.
- You will receive an email from noreply@jotform.com or noreply@emilyshopeedu.org.
- First Name: Please enter the educator's first name.
- Last Name: Please enter the educator's last name.
- Email: Please enter the educator's email.
-
Grades: Select the grades for which the educator needs access.
- If you select a grade that was not selected during your District/School's enrollment process, your access to that grade will be denied.
- If you need to add additional grades after the district has already onboarded, please contact us.
-
Your Enrollment ID: This can be found in your email after completing the Getting Started or Preferred Partner Re-Enrollment form.
- Click Submit.
- If you have another educator to enroll, click Submit Another Response.
-
Unless all onboarding steps have been completed, your educator may not receive an email right away.
- If you believe you have completed the onboarding process, but have not yet received access, please visit this troubleshooting article.
