Congratulations on taking the first step to bring the Emily's Hope K-12 Substance Use Prevention Curriculum to your school(s)! This guide will walk through the entire process.
Before we begin: Determine who will be your district's primary point of contact. This person should manage the onboarding process.
If you are a returning Preferred Partner or enrolling through a partner organization such as your state, please contact us for enrollment information.
- Have your primary contact fill out the Get Started form here.
- On the first page, you will need to fill out basic information, including the organization's name, location, primary contact information, and the grades you plan to implement.
- For each grade level, you will be required to:
- Enter the number of students who will be receiving the Emily's Hope curriculum (If you have 800 or more students in this grade level, please contact us for a custom quote.)
- Enter the number of sections (or classrooms) where the curriculum will be taught this school year.
- Choose either the Preferred or Standard Plan (If you are unable to pay for all or part of the curriculum, please select 'Financial Support' as your payment option in step 6).
- You will see your custom quote after entering your enrollment information.
- Indicate if you are tax-exempt.
- If you are tax-exempt: You can choose to upload your tax-exempt certificate in the form or email it to bookorders@emilyshopeedu.org. We cannot provide access or materials until we receive this (if tax-exempt).
- If you are not tax-exempt: Continue filling out this form. We will confirm if you owe any sales tax and will follow up with a revised total in 2-5 business days. You will not be able to pay today.
-
Choose how you would like to pay or if you'd like to apply for financial support.
If you aren't ready to pay or complete the financial support application, click 'Save' to ensure you can quickly access your quote at any time.
