Troubleshooting Access to Educator Training Center

If you receive an error when accessing the Educator Training Center, this article will help you troubleshoot the issue.  

Please choose which situation best applies to you:

• I am an enrolled educator and have access to the Teacher Hub
• We are bringing the Emily's Hope curriculum to my school, but we do not yet have access to the Teacher Hub
• We are not yet enrolled in the Emily's Hope Curriculum

I am an enrolled educator and have access to the Teacher Hub

1. Please log in to the Teacher Hub and click on “Educator Training Center”
2. If that doesn’t work, please click here to sync your account.
3. A new tab will open. Click on Register for Educator Training Center button. 

4. Your request to sync your data with the Educator Training Center will take a few seconds to process. After about 30 seconds, click here to continue to the Educator Training Center (this will open in a new tab).
5. If the syncing process was successful, your account will automatically gain access. If there was an error, you should receive an email. Our team will also be alerted and will work to resolve the issue ASAP. 
6. If you run into any issues, please submit a support ticket here.

We are bringing the Emily's Hope curriculum to my school, but we do not yet have access to the Teacher Hub

Please ensure your primary contact has finished the enrollment process. This help article will explain how to complete that process. 

Once you have access to the Teacher Hub, your Educator Training Center access will automatically be added to your account. 

We are not yet enrolled in the Emily's Hope Curriculum

You must be enrolled in Emily's Hope K-12 Substance Use Prevention Curriculum in order to access the Educator Training Center. Click here for instructions on getting started.
