We know funding can be a challenge. As a nonprofit, we’re committed to keeping this accessible, and we’re here to work with you. Our priority is getting life-saving education into classrooms. We offer funding guides and financial support. The following details include steps on applying for financial support.
The following instructions are a continuation of steps 1-6 from Onboarding 101: I want to bring Emily's Hope to my District/School.
To receive financial support for the curriculum, schools must first apply for opioid settlement funds (or a similar grant). For the 2025-2026 school year, we will waive this requirement; however, we kindly request that you provide a plan for applying to the 2026-2027 school year. We are developing a fund to waive this requirement in future years as well.
- Answer the following questions on the financial support application:
- How much can you afford?
- Even if you can afford a portion of the curriculum costs, we may be able to provide additional physical materials.
- Agree to the following terms of receiving financial support:
- You will provide student demographics (basic demographic data at the grade level).
- You will administer pre- and post-curriculum assessments to students to support Emily’s Hope research
- Please describe your school’s financial needs or funding limitations.
- Are you currently receiving or have you applied for opioid settlement or public health-related funds?
- If no, do you commit to exploring or applying for such funding in the 2026–2027 school year?
- For the 2025-2026 school year, we will waive this requirement; however, we kindly request that you provide a plan for applying to the 2026-2027 school year. We are developing a fund to waive this requirement in future years as well.
- Please share any relevant context about your student population.
- e.g., Title I status, rural designation, % free/reduced lunch, internet access concerns etc.
- If internet access is a concern, please note it.
- Accept Terms and Conditions for the financial support application
- You will also need to accept the terms and conditions for the curriculum as a whole on the last page of the onboarding form.
- Enter your shipping and billing addresses.
- You will be asked a few questions about where you heard about the curriculum, and you have the opportunity to write any notes for our team.
-
You must accept the terms and conditions for the use of the Emily's Hope Substance Use Prevention Curriculum.
If you are unable to accept any part of the terms or conditions, please contact our team. You can choose to check that you accept, and we will fix it after you email us, or click 'Save' to ensure you can go back and finish your enrollment form.
- You will receive an email from noreply@jotform.com confirming the receipt of your application and your enrollment ID.
- Please upload your demographics here. You will find your enrollment ID in the email you received. If you need help with uploading demographics, click here for further instructions.
- To access lessons, you will need to enroll your educators in the Teacher Hub using this form and your enrollment ID, which can be found in your email. Fill out the form for each educator who will be teaching the curriculum.
If YOU are also teaching the curriculum, you will also need to submit your email address to this form.
- Emily’s Hope processes financial support applications on a rolling basis.
- If approved for financial support, a member of the Emily's Hope team will provide additional details on the level of access you will receive.
