There are several reasons why your educators may not yet have received access to the Teacher Hub. Please select the scenario that applies to you best:
- I am not the primary contact for my school/district
- I have finished the Get Started form and selected to pay with a credit/debit card
- I have finished the Get Started form and selected to pay with a check
- I have finished the Get Started form and selected to pay with a purchase order
- I have finished the Get Started form and selected to apply for financial support
- I am a returning user and have finished the Preferred Partner Re-Enrollment form
- I am a returning user and do not know what the Preferred Partner Re-Enrollment form is
If none of these options apply, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue further.
I am not the primary contact for my school/district
Please send this article to the Primary Contact for your school or district. They may not have finished the onboarding process. If you are unsure who the Primary Contact is for your school or district, please contact us.
I have finished the Get Started form and selected to pay with a credit/debit card
Please ensure that you have completed all the steps outlined here and here.
- If you ARE tax-exempt and you uploaded your tax-exemption certificate during onboarding, you should have received access to the Teacher Hub within a few minutes of filling out this form.
- If you are the primary contact and also teaching the curriculum, you will need to submit your email address to this form.
- After checking your spam folder, if you still haven't received an invitation, please contact us.
- If you ARE tax-exempt, but did not upload your tax-exemption certificate during the onboarding process, please email it to bookorders@emilyshopeedu.org.
- Please allow up to 2-5 business days for verification of your certificate.
- If you are the primary contact and also teaching the curriculum, you will need to submit your email address to this form.
- After checking your spam folder, if you still haven't received an invitation, please contact us.
- If you ARE NOT tax-exempt, we need to confirm if you owe any sales tax.
- Please allow 2-5 business days for us to confirm and send you the payment information.
- After payment, please allow 2-5 business days for us to manually approve your Teacher Hub invitation.

- If you have not yet mailed your check, please do so. Your educators won't receive access to the Teacher Hub until we receive your check.

- If you have not yet uploaded or sent in a PO: Please do so. Your educators won't receive access to the Teacher Hub until we review and approve it. Some new organizations may be subject to a credit review to approve the PO.
- If you already uploaded or emailed your PO: Please allow up to 2-5 business days for us to verify and approve your purchase order. Some new organizations may be subject to a credit review to approve the PO. You will receive an invoice when your PO has been approved.
- If you are the primary contact and also teaching the curriculum, you will need to submit your email address to this form.

- If you have not yet been notified of financial support approval: Please allow up to six weeks for us to review your application. While we strive to provide a quick decision, Emily’s Hope processes financial support applications on a rolling basis.

Your school's primary contact will need to complete the onboarding process for the new school year. The Preferred Partner Re-Enrollment form is for schools that administered both Pre- and Post-Curriculum surveys in the 2024-25 school year. If you believe you should have received this, please contact your Emily's Hope representative.
